How to Build a Session
A simple 4‑step flow to get started.
1) Add Steps
Enter a frequency in Hz (e.g., 174) and a duration in minutes, then tap +.
2) Review Time
Check total session time before you hit Play. Adjust as needed.
3) Play & Loop
Press Play. Watch the countdown. Toggle Loop if you want repeats.
4) Save Favourites
Give your sequence a name so you can reload it any time.
