Light Therapy (Visual Entrainment)
Enhance your meditations with calming visual patterns and gentle light pulses. HzPro’s Light Therapy mode supports mood, focus, and relaxation through guided photic stimulation—customisable, private, and easy to use.
What Is Light Therapy?
Light Therapy in HzPro uses on‑screen visual pulses and soothing patterns to create a focal anchor during meditation. This practice is often called visual entrainment or photic stimulation—aimed at gently guiding attention and supporting a specific state like relaxation or focus.
How It May Help
- Provides a simple visual anchor to reduce mind‑wandering
- Offers calming rhythm and colour cues that support mood and focus
- Pairs well with breathwork and gentle background audio
Note: Visual entrainment is a wellness aid, not a medical treatment. Individual responses vary.
